About Me

I am an english-speaking Licensed Clinical Psychologist working in Paris. I completed my doctoral training in Montreal, Canada. I am licensed to practice in Quebec (Canada), France and the UK. I conduct psychotherapy in French or English with both french nationals and expats living in France. I have experience working in private practice and in public hospitals.

What is the goal of psychotherapy?

Through psychotherapy, we learn to better understand our difficulties, patterns of behaviour, thoughts and related-emotions. The goal is to cultivate more helpful and adaptive coping strategies in order to improve our overall wellbeing, quality of life and relationships.

Clinical Approach

I work with adults struggling with diverse emotional and interpersonal difficulties including but not limited to anxiety, depression, impulsivity, and disordered eating.

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and collaborative. I help people understand their needs, their experiences and guide them towards change. Through treatment, I integrate evidence-based psychotherapies and tailor interventions to each person's needs.
